A Claude-powered tool for evaluating businesses sent by a broker. Add financials, paste broker documents or upload PDFs — get an AI assessment with red flags, risk scores, valuation analysis, and a tailored list of questions to ask the broker before buying.
Paste messy meeting notes or a transcript and Claude does real, live reasoning over them — separating decisions from action items, matching tasks to the right owner, flagging anything left unassigned or undated, and drafting a follow-up email. No rule engine behind this one — it's AI from the first click.
Describe a deal you're walking into — salary talk, vendor contract, business sale — and Claude assesses your leverage and weak points, predicts the other side's likely opening and pushback, role-plays specific counters, and sanity-checks your walk-away point.
